KIPP is a specialized training program which will give your athletes the leg strength and power, flexibility, agility and body control they need to prevent knee injuries and play stronger soccer. A typical KIPP session takes 10 – 15 minutes and can take the place of the warm up you are already running. It consists of 4 components which should be included in training sessions 2-3 times per week.

To be safe and effective, each skill in the KIPP session must be performed with perfect form. A professional trained in the KIPP method can train you and your assistant coaches to observe and correct athletes’ form.
Participants in the KIPP training program also receive the "KIPP Wrap-Up Kit" which includes a summary of the completed training, detailed drill summaries, and additional information unique to the completed session(s) format.
